heres an article about self publishing i'd like to see: just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

sometimes books are better left unpublished.

I wish the articles would touch price point more. I host free blog promotions for indie authors, but their book has to be priced at or below $2.99 because I simply won't promote an unknown quality for more investment than that on the part of my blog readers.

More than a few authors are SHOCKED at this rule. The last interview request I had to turn down (3 days ago) was from an indie author who had priced their e-book at seven dollars. No reviews, no ratings, seven bucks. WTF?
