Blank tables
I've encountered my first big disappointment with the Kobo Touch: I bought a fairly expensive textbook, and all the tables in it appear blank on the Kobo. They show up fine when I view the epub on my computer, but on the e-reader they're just big white boxes. Since it's a textbook, it uses tables pretty extensively, so I miss a lot of key information if I read it on my Kobo.
Has anyone had this problem before, and is there any workaround? I'd love to hear that there's some magic you can do with Calibre to fix it...otherwise, back to reading on my netbook, and why did I even buy a Kobo again? ![]() |
