Google seems to have make some changes and I can't seem to access
http://online-novels.blogspot.com/. Google tells me access is by invitation only.

I have been using this blog for months. Can't anyone tell me how to "get an invitation" or how to contact the author to request an invitation

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I found this link which is an interview with a Susan Crealock. If you google that name she's on twitter as "online-novels" and you could send her a message. That twitter account was used a month ago so recently active.

The blog is closed and removed (RIP Online-Novels

). Susan Crealock had put up a notice in the introduction that she was closing the blog.

That's very sad to hear. Her site was a great resource for the permafreebie stuff from other people's websites which wasn't some kind of time-limited store/Smashwords author promo, especially for the less-represented things like foreign-language books and niche genres.

I hope she'll reconsider keeping the original core pages up with the actual "online" novels as a reference resource for visitors, even if the updates of temp-promo downloadable Amazon/Smashwords/etc. things has become overwhelming and she understandably doesn't want to even deal with that at all (I know I certainly wouldn't bother trying).

Looks like I'll be spending the next few hours grabbing what's available of her site from the Google Cache, since unfortunately it's not been preserved in the Internet Archive.
