I'll second this. And not just descriptions, but more information about the book: file name, tags, size, book type, last read, ...

I'll second any info about the ebook that doesn't take up any more significant space as the above.

I wouldn't mind seeing the time down on the bottom by the page you're on. That or when you tap on the options area when reading a book it actually shows the time instead of just the clock, which you then have to end up clicking as well.

Let me be a little more specific.

If more information can be displayed on the library page without decreasing the number of books listed, that's fine. What I was hoping for was a menu entry added to each book for detailed information. I would suggest add it to the menu of the book on the library page, and also added it to the menu for while you are reading.

Oh yes, +1 for a move books between internal & card.

Also, option to excluxde read books from library view, or split the view between read, reading & unread.

How about a calender?

Hi All,

Something I think would be a good idea is a simple calender/planner thingy, like a "junior" version of iCal - just the basics.

As I use the KT to read lots of pdfs articles, I would like to be able to anotate them as well. Very handy feature for students and researchers alike.

The Kobo handles PDF's as images (I think). So unless re-flow comes first we won't see annotations.

Just bought my first ereader this week and loving it!

Only bad thing i dont like is the Kobo Touch power slider. Really hard to get a grip on, especially as i keep the KT in a "book style" wallet, as one ofthe straps to hold the kobo in covers the slider.

Would love to see the option to "Resume from Standby" by pressing or holding the "HOME" button on the front.

+1.

Pressing home and then swipe to unlock to wake up from sleep mode.

Also, I find I very seldom use the "Home" button. 99% of the time I'm doing straight linear reading. How about an option where pressing the home button advances a page.

I agree with the collections suggestion, it is easy to to find a book in a series if you have a collections facility. Also I would like any easy way to delete a book. When reading a particular book is finished it is such a long winded way to go back to home and then library etc. Perhaps something on the final page of a books - delete or No.

If there was to be another update for 2012. I would want to have overdrive installed on the touch so i can read books from the local library. This would bring the touch in line with the sony prst 1.

In addition,

I'd like to have a proxy page for me to get access to the webstore when I can't go to the webstore page directly.

at least Ipad has it:
