Is your vox set up to allow installation of apps from unknown sources? It's possible when that's turned off, apk downloads fail.

There is a check in the box :applications/unknown sources. I unchecked the box and tried again. I now have a collection of 4 failures.

Thank you for this real-time dialog, by the way. |

Hmmm the only other things I can think of are:

	1. Your internet connection is not reliable enough to download a 300k file? Seems unlikely. 2. Your disk on your vox is full? Again seems unlikely. Maybe you want to try dl'ing the apk using your pc and then sideload it? |

I keep getting set up for disappointment. I went to GetJar on my computer, I found WiFi File Explorer Pro. Thought I would D/L it to my PC, then I got the message in screenshot below.

"Very cool", I thought......finally got it figured out. Followed directions on my Vox. No dice. Another failure message. |

You should use the getjar "app" on the vox to download that, not your pc.

No, I mean the "Turn on usb storage" that comes up on the vox screen when you plug it into a pc.

Don't know what to tell you. It seems there are some things fundamentally screwed up with your vox. How long have you had it?

Unplugged USB cord from hub and plugged directly into computer. Vox reacted, and, following prompts on both machines, I was able to see the Vox file structure in Windows Explorer in my Dell XP system. Shows up as F & G drives. Seems the internal storage is full up, and the chip is empty. Now what? |
