In fact, it's so powerful that it ends any story that it appears in (as in when it appears you instantly know how the story will end regardless of the details).

2. The X-Ionizer (from "Captain Atom"): It's a device that can alter the structure of matter, making it super hard and super sharp. As an example, you can treat a sheet of paper with it and its edges become so sharp that it can easily pass through any material.

With the above two devices, it is possible to escape the trap.
