Why is a href needed in the manifest to validate?

Please have a look at the flight crew validation message and then my code.
Why does the hyperlink to an outside website need to be included in the manifest? and if so, how? This is the only references to www.weightcontroldoctor.com in the book.

I think it is treating it as a file reference because you don't have the 'http://' in the href. I'm not sure exactly how an external link should be treated, since an ebook reader is only superficially like a browser - it shares the code base, but ... the network connection??

Anyway, try adding the http:// to see what happens.
