I just reread Harry's physical description of Murphy (Chapter 2 - Storm Front) and I just can't see it. I can not see her that way. The TV Murphy is firmly embedded in my brain.

I saw the TV series first and because I enjoyed it so much and was not happy when it was not renewed was what inspired me to go looking for the books. I've read them all twice now and my favorite is the one I'm currently reading or the one I read last.

I didn't mind that the story was building up to the final fight, I was sort of expecting it. This book though just had me wanting more, I wanted him to go back to trial and I wanted to see how that would play out since It was such a major point in the beginning of the novel. I guess the book could have been a couple of chapters longer at least, rather than ending it so abruptly. It was still good though and I will continue the series but that was just my one thing with it.

Finished The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, now settling in to read "It's My Birthday, Too" and "Heorot" with the plan to start Small Favor tonight. Yay! So happy to be back with Harry!

About half way through now and enjoying it, Bob made me laugh when he appeared.

Started getting a little lost in some of the characters and made the mistake of looking on wikipedia, read some things I didn't want to know about the characters

that's why this thread is soooo much better than wiki. sure wiki gives you everything but as you mentioned also things you didn't want to know. alan is our own harriki
