Kobo Book Club 2012
So here we are in 2012 and Happy New Year to all. I was wondering if there was any word on when the Kobo book club is supposed to start. Since I activated my Kobo Christmas Day I've been excited for this because my inner geek is planning on getting the Star Wars vs Star Trek book for January

The Kobo book club is a promotion for activating a Kobo Touch between Nov. and Mar. You get a promo code for one free book a month in 2012. I don't know if the Vox, WiFi, or any other Kobo account activation is included in the promotion.

Fantastic book - enjoy reading it

(the ebook is not available to New Zealanders via kobo but I have a paperback copy that I actually bought in Hiroshima).

Well I know it's not an issue with my email address for my account. I've been getting regular emails from Kobo along with the recommendations they send along. I sent them a message on their facebook page to ask about it and I've heard nothing back yet aside from they're looking into it.
