International Libraries with comprehensive Ebook collections
Can anyone advise on libraries that feature comprehensive collections of ebooks? I'm happy to pay annual subscriptions, but I only want to join if I know the library has a suitable ebook collection.

IMO, the Free Library of Philadelphia is great, and they're very open to catalog suggestions. The annual fee for non-residents is US$35.00.

Be prepared for long wait-lists, especially for new and/or popular titles; they are good, however, at buying extra copies of high-demand books.

I joined the Singapore Library. All that is required is a Passport number. Their selection is good, and the wait times have been coming down lately.
