Hah! Got between 450 to 500 WPM at both sites, but the first site rated me at 46% comprehension. Doesn't surprise me though, as I have a ridiculously poor short term memory. You could tell me your phone number, and by the time you're saying the last digit I've already forgotten the first.

Comprehension is a fairly poor term anyways, as I comprehended everything fine, and could discuss it, but my shitty memory doesn't help with rote memorization.

I got 400-450 wpm at the second test. I think I read faster on paper (or epaper ) than on a normal screen.
I also read a bit faster in my native tongue (german) even though I usually only read english books anymore.

Fast enough to really appreciate the convenience of not having to tote around 10 books for a weeks vacation anymore
