Its synthetic, there's fibres there but they look too organised to be natural. And the greenish colour tells me its a sheet of nylon or similar.

It is, without any doubt, an artificial object as the weaving pattern of blue threads is evident.

Let's analyse this.
It seems that there are hooks (just like one on my metal keychain). These are held by woven thread material. Loops at the bottom are trapping into hooks.

How much is the magnification?
