Calibre reader

I'm running Calibre on a Mac and reading an ePub. When I type a number in the go to field, it works the first time and then the field would no longer accept focus or input. I then typed into the position field (5.2/250) and it accepted my entry and went to the appropriate location. After that, the field would not accept focus and I could not type into it.

This is probably not what was intended.

I just tried it on XP
If you accidentally include the slash (and beyond), you can't type.
Only select the page# and none of the rest. Odd UI

That's no quite the poblem

The problem is that once the field has been typed into it becomes "locked". I can no longer position the cursor in the field, therefore what I type is not the issue, it's the fact that I can't type anything.

A MAC person will have to try this.
As I said IF you select anything more than the digits before the /, it appears to be locked. I could not just type. I had to select the page digits (to overwrite)

yes, but

Since the fields do not seem to accept the fact that they have been clicked on, the cursor will not enter the field, nor will dragging the mouse over even a single character select anything because the field is functionally locked and cannot be re-entered for any purpose.
