We make our own pizza dough and sauce. The pizzas are actually pretty healthy, normally peppers, spinach, onions, cheese, and some pepperoni. No preservatives or additives, well except the pepperoni. I would guess that our pizzas have about 2/3 less cheese and pepperoni then one delivered. For the most part I am eating pretty healthy. I added breakfast to my daily regime and have been making sure to eat yogurt every day (non-fat but still has calories. Between those two changes I have added about 500 calories to my diet. So I need to cut back on the chips and fries but probably I would be better off getting myself to the gym 4 or 5 days a week. I have been so tired after work that I have let my workouts slide. I am going to bring my work out gear to work and go at lunch time since I am not wiped out then. If I get to work 30 minutes earlier and stay 30 minutes later I can make up the time easily enough. |

@ beppe - I love the 3 wise men scene and thank you for sharing the photos. My ex-father-in-law (deceased) owned a company that took on major building projects around the world and one year they purchased hand-carved olive wood nativity manger scenes for all the grandkids. It was a yearly tradition for my son to unwrap and place all the pieces. It was quite large and required a lot of space, but he loved being the one in charge of that each year. I love the idea of moving the 3 magi closer each night and wish we had done that when he was younger.
@ Stitchawl - thank you for the photo. I love all the ones to post for us. ![]() Quote:

It shows I am getting old and contemporary medicine has advanced a lot. I don't understand this sort of healthy eating for pregnant women or otherwise. |

Nah it sounds weird. The Pizza is not the healthiest thing in the world but it is not nearly as bad as people might think and it can be made so that it is healthy.
Tea has caffeine so it is out. The Red Tea has all the good stuff that is in the green and oolongs but none of the caffeine. Honestly, dropping three workouts a week is more of an issue then what I am eating. Minus the potato chips. |

(Because it's such a good recipe to pop into the oven, and then take it hot to a church breakfast or other function.) And you're right, many variations. I love church eggs.

I bought a few new teas yesterday. In a Polish shops.
Two teas of Loyd Tea, probably Polish brand. Assam for 0.96p/100gr Yunnan 0.99p/100gr Another Yunnan Yunnan Noir 0.99p/100gr (China Tea (Yunnan) Co., Ltd.) She insisted that we should try it for this incredible price and promised that if I disqualify any or all of them she will drink it at work. So, I relented

Born free, as free as the wind blowsAs free as the grass grows Born free to follow your heart Live free, and beauty surrounds you The world still astounds you Each time you look at a star Stay free, where no walls divide you You're free as a roaring tide So there's no need to hide ![]() ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHTjWuFSZ_s ) Good morning, everyone! Another Saturday morning in the sun... 6 degrees outside, but a mug or two of Yorkshire tea will deal with that. We're off looking for adventure today, in the mountains to the south-east of Kyoto... Uji....Those are the tea growing areas so not really mountains in the Rockies or Alps sort of thinking. More like sharp hills, with rivers running through the valleys. Pretty countryside and perfect motorcycle roads. Quote:
