It will probably be as successful as the other methods employed to permanently take the win:

- Horrible music videos? No
- Repeated postings of "I Win" or some varient? No
- A polite effort to take on the burden of winning to relieve others of that burden? No
- References to our various avatars in trying to take the win (example: someone with a car avatar driving faster than others to take the win)? No
- Use of logical reasoning to convince others of the futility of the effort to take the win? No

I guess I'll take the win for now and be satisfied with that temporary state.

I think this is going to be like the old Popeye cartoon where Olive Oyl becomes president. With one bill, one side of Congress says "We accept it!" and the other side says "We reject it!" With the next bill, one side of Congress says "We reject it!" and the other side says "We accept it!"

You can make the proposal that you've won, but it's doubtful that it would succeed. It would be likely that it would end up one vote for you to win, and the rest of us would vote against that proposal.
