Touch Cumulitive firmware update listing?

Going to pick up a new Touch today. I notice there's been quite a few firmware updates since the release. No doubt they aren't all covered in the latest product documentation, and a lot of them look interesting/significant.

Is there somewhere where I can see all the firmware changes/enhancements in one location or document? This will be a huge help.

He is the person who currently "announces" the changes to the Touch on MR.

don't have my kobo with me, but didn't they add release notes to the about kobo, or somewhere in there a version or two back?

On home page, touch settings ---> Device information --> View release notes.

I have seven pages of update notes on my K.T. You may have less because they hard code the latest firmware before it leaves Kobo. So you may only see the update info since then. I am not sure.

I believe you only get the release notes for versions that have been added to the Touch through updates you have added in--the earlier ones are not there. The user guide/help is not entirely up to date, either.

Not sure I would agree with that Taming. If that was the case you should only get the 1.9.14 notes if you do a factory reset. Instead it still gives them all back to when they started them at 1.9.5. I think it would be a bigger hassle to program it to only give you the ones since your device original than just leave them all on there. I'd be curious to hear from anyone that has bought more recently.

It may be related to the version that it shipped with--how far they go back. A friend who bought hers recently does not seem to get as many as I do. Of course, it could be one of those oddities that seem to pop up from time to time.

So happens I just bought two more KT's today for family members for Christmas

. They were both 1.9.9 out of the box. I've updated both of them to 1.9.14 and they both show all 7 updates notes going back to the original 1.9.5.

I also finally got around to updating my own; did a factory reset back to 1.9.5 to get rid of the .14 beta and updated, and again all 7 updates are shown.
