A couple of things to ponder about the Kindle Special Offer sent yesterday. One; unlike previous offers which allowed you 4 days to claim them, this one only allowed you 24 hours to claim it. And two; it was sent on a 5-day cycle, instead of the normal 4-day cycle.

There was a couple good ones I picked up. I mostly skip games. I like the Pulse like app they gave away a couple days ago. It works great on the Fire.

Will this madness never end? Today's super fantastic must have non-Kindle deal of the day is a link to Amazon's Cyber Monday Deals Week in Video Games.

What I'm about to ask you means great sacrifice on your part, but please pace yourself people. We don't want Amazon's servers crashing because everyone ordered at once. I know it's hard to wait a bit when deals of this magnitude come your way, but think of the greater good.

You know, I'm wondering if at least part of the reason the KSO offers are almost non-existent right now is actaully BECAUSE Amazon has so many other big sales happening. Maybe once the holidays are over the KSO offers will go back to something a little more "normal". I'm not holding my breath, but maybe.

Though on these so-called KSO Audible deals, they've usually been open to everyone; KSO or not. Go figure.

I am really disappointed in these "special offers". I've had a KSO since October and there have been a couple of good deals, but nothing like at the beginning (from what I've seen from older posts). And in the last 2 or 3 weeks, the offers have been PATHETIC, or not even offers AT ALL. I feel used. They lured us in with great offers at the beginning and now they are jokes in comparison, and glorified billboards.

Has anyone written to Amazon regarding this? Or regarding their misleading ad for special offers on Thanksgiving and Black Friday? Is it worth writing to them? I'd consider opting out of SOs but don't want to pay the $40 to opt out of something that I was under the impression would be much better than this.
