I found an easy solution if you have .cbr files - just rename them to .rar and unpack the individual pics. Once they are unpacked you can compile them into a single .pdf. file.

I read a lot of manga so this.works best for me. I just put them together by volume, about 200 - 300 pics per .pdf created. That way no extra app or reader needed they just sit in the docs tab

To compile the pics to pdf I use Bullzip. Just select all pics you want after you've unpacked them and "print" them - sending them to the bullzip printer. It'll take all your pics and make one easy recognizable file.
