Emailing a non DRM to Nook..??

Can you email a non DRM'd book to a Nook Tablet (or color Nook) as an email attachment, then load it with a double tap...?? or must it be sideloaded..??

On the NT, an ePub attachment (a FictionWise-produced ePub) was recognized as a book in the default mail app, which kindly provided an "Open" button. It opened in the reading app with no problems.

Yes I did it as a test using yahoo mail and clicked the attachment and it was saved to my SD card. Used ES File explorer and transfered it to my book storage folder and opened it fine with my reader (Coolreader).

To me its a cumbersome way and just prefer to hook up to my PC and move a bunch at a time but if someone wants to give you a book with no drm then its a doable way.
