Urgh No Collections again.. My Fire and NC fight it out!

I love plugboards however they wont work if you use Calibre to email the book to your Fire. You have to save to disk and then email it through your email client for it work.

Can Calibre not transfer books to the Fire using the normal "Send to Device" via the USB cable?
