The trees look like they are covered with gold this morning, the sun bright on the yellow leaves. It sure is Autumn! A quick breakfast with unbranded Keemun tea and some cheese and then I'm off to go leaf peeping! The maples won't turn for another month, but the rest of the trees are doing their best to entertain us!

Easy enough to make these days. I'm sure your local supermarket sells mango 'sauce' (if not fresh mango) in the refrigerated case (next to all the berries.) That, some yogurt and a bit of milk and you too can add inches to your waistline the way I am!

Hi everyone! It's good to hear (read) that everyone is doing well. I thought about Beppe when I heard about the floods in Italy, does anyone know if he's alright?

I've told some of you already, others don't know yet: the guy I was so madly in love with broke up with me about 7 weeks ago (after only 6 weeks), I still don't know why and right now I couldn't care less. His loss That's the sad news. Now for the good news: I have a new boyfriend And I'm even more in love with this one! I've known him for a while but didn't see him much until he helped me redecorate my study (he's an interior designer) and we spend a lot of time together. We were both on holiday last week as well, so than we spend even more time talking Let's hope this relationship lasts a litte longer

Good luck with that. In your caffeine-free haze you can look forward to dropping off at random times of the day, and don't bother starting a TV programme longer than half an hour, as you probably won't see the end.

And what about caffeine free coke? Though I hear it is hard to track down these days.
