That's simply amazing. So different from last year.

I haven't checked thoroughly yet, but I believe the Writers Trust titles are all on Kobo, too and I'd expect the Governor General's Award also to be available.

The Quiet Twin wasn't up when first announced, but is now. So all the fiction nominees are there. Most of the non-fiction nominees are not there.

So much for the "Reader's Choice": Myrna Dey for her novel, Extensions.

Unlike last year, this is a body of work from seasoned writers. I am sorry Wayne Johnston's A World Elsewhere isn't on the short list ... the blurbs and reviews look very promising.

I really loved Touch by Alexi Zentner and had hoped that would make it. These may be seasoned, but all but Michael Ondaatje are very young--a new generation of Canadian writers. So now, will we have someone on the list that wins both the Booker and the Giller?
