Good morning, everyone! Bright and sunny outside, but feeling old inside. Need more tea to get my engine started this morning. I found a tin of Jackson's of Piccadilly's 'English Breakfast' tea yesterday, a tea I used to enjoy but haven't seen in a while. It' will like stepping back into my past.

Oolongs are good for multiple steepings. Some folks here keep the same pot going all day!

Jackson's still has the plot! Good tea, but I think this tin may be a bit old... I need to do some research on the company...

Drinking a big glass of water -- I haven't had much to drink today and I feel dry. Spent the day at the hospital with my mom -- she fell last week and had to have a head CT scan today. No results yet, but I think everything is fine. She does have quite a black eye, though!

Ouch! I hope she heals soon. Give her lots of Keemun tea... it will help!

(Actually, at one time, poultices of strong cold tea were used to treat a black eye! It was cheaper than steaks!)

Oh your poor mom, I hope everything turns out OK. I'm always afraid my mom will fall and break her hip.

No. It used to be the tail end of a phone number that I was familiar with, but now it's just a screen name I use because I can remember it.
