Sony reduces price of T1 to $129
I received an email from Sony and also checked prices at Amazon. I guess it is now official.

I wondered how long it would take with the Nook being reduced to $99.

I called Sony to request a $20 credit on my PRS T1 due to the price reduction and it was readily granted. (Of course, I bought my T1 at Sony Style!!)

But is this a permanent price reduction? I just got my Sony Holiday catalog, showing the T1 on sale $129.99 from 11/6-11/20.

I would see Sony forgetting about raising the price back up. The other retailers are selling theirs for around $99 and having a $50 markup might be too much in this economy.
