He couldn't sing a note if he had too! But he could perform a song better than most! Combine that with being one of the best song writers of the 20th century and you have something really, really special.

I'd go so far as to say that Dylan was the single most influential factor in the history of American music. But he sings like shit.

It's cold!!! Oh, and it's raining! I'm curled up with a blanket, the heater is on, and I'm making another cup of hot chocolate. High ceilings are only great to look at. When it is cold, the heat is up there and not down here where I am!

Get a small, 1-person fan, the sort they sell to put on your desk to blow in your face... low force air flow. Direct it straight up in the corner of the room from the floor. This will set up a convection flow that will force the warm air back down, making the entire room warmer. Might even save you some money on your heating bills.

Using the small fans that cool computer towers that I installed into the corners of the rooms in my old house in Vermont, I was able to keep all the rooms comfortable using just a wood stove in the center of the house... It works!

Great idea. Cheaper and easier to install than a ceiling fan - safer in a low ceiling basement, too

Already planning my next vacation.

My sister went with me when my father brought me to the vacation park last Monday and she really liked it and also wants to go. I've been looking at other Center Parc parks in the Netherlands and the one in Zandvoort (on the coast) seems nice. Less stores and restaurants than most parks and a smaller swimming pool. But it's only a 10 minute walk from the boulevard and all the shops in Zandvoort.

We're probably going in March for a whole week so during the weekend my sister can invite some friends over to go shopping or swimming. I'm already looking forward to it!
