Ben/Mark, do you know if would it be possible to create a pop-up like calendar in dictionary to incorporate a keyboard where the users write the word (they want to translate) and when this pop-up is closed this word is written in the main page to be translate after selecting the appropiate key, similar than now but instead of to select the keys on keyboard of the main page selecting on keyboard of a pop-up.

ebookapps dictionary cannot be reused in PRS+. So with PRS+ you'll have to wait for PRS+ dictionary.

What's the difference between the current PRS+ dictionary that the user just has to add a dic file to use and the PRS+ dictionary that we are waiting for?

Existing one is a port of this. What is planned would be integrated into standard UI and use indices to look up words (much faster).

Thank you very much for answering.
I'll wait the new PRS+ dictionary, hoping for a better integration with foreign languages. The keyboard of the actual one don't have some characters needed for spanish that make impossible certain words to be found, and I'm sure that if the new dictionary uses a highlighted word system in the text of the book we are reading, that problem would be solved.

Lenikus,

try hold-digit instead of single press of digit to select a character in dictionary app for 300/505. There should/could be code to pop up additional characters.
(I did this experimental, but not sure if it's in the main rep atm)

Yes, it works! The accents (á, é, í, ó, ú) and the ñ can be accesed by holding the letter marked.

for 600/x50 but not with the 300/505

E.g. Ben's Calendar-Keyboard dosn't support this atm (neither for touch nor for non-touch)

So it's a unique feature of the dictionary-app for 300/505

Ben, i've tried to add an event on thanksgiving and the application doesn't allow it, on the rest of the events added by default it's posible.

Ben thanks for fixing the problem, I would like to ask for you a modification for the non-touch readers, is it posible to modify the keyboard of the non-touch readers to have the same numbers of the keys like touch reader? because i've seen this keyboard has a lot keys more than the non-touch (for example it incorporates numbers and other symbols).
