I checked the map and it seems to be bit too cold. Are you high up in mountains? (sorry for my lousy geography knowledge)

Nope, probably not more then a 100 feet above sea level. Just looked at weather.com and we have hit freezing now. SO guess its time to call a HEAT WAVE!

There are only two Twinings teas that I'll drink; Golden Assam and Prince of Wales. Both need twice as much leaf as recommended, 95 degree water, and a five minute steep. Do this, and I have a very drinkable tea. Not a great tea... but a cheap and drinkable one. Twining's Assam doesn't come close to East India Company's, but it's drinkable. It's a good tea to drink when having foods that have strong flavors that would mask the flavor of really good tea.

But it's too late for tea now... Time for some Bombay Sapphire!

I agree. Too much work in Hawaii is a bad thing. Most of the folks who live there seem to have a more laid back approach to life. They work but really enjoy their play. Heck, the animals at the zoo were the most active and engaged creatures I had seen. They were all up and a bout, goofing off, and having a good time. It was as if they knew that they had it good in the Honolulu Zoo.

Cran-Blackberry juice to go with homemade bread.

We can deduce nothing from these, can we?

Oh, it's 27 here!
Not simply, nor for a given behavior of a given individual in a given particular situation. And conversely not for all kids or for an average kid. But I think these two are among the important modes of kids' character and behavior in relation to their parents influence. That is why I think it is best for the parents to be what they are and to let the kids be what they are. In the limits of each own principles, of course.

Not so! Every now and then I wait until late Sunday evening, then fly to Oz, arriving early Tuesday, and miss out Monday altogether. Then I wait a week, and fly back on a Saturday, and have that twice!

Ha! I did the same thing, and was full of useless facts. I'll never ever forget the look on my Geography teacher's face (he didn't like me much anyway), when he asked the class "what is the circumference of the Earth around the equator?".

I put my hand up and he said to go ahead.

"Twenty-four thousand, nine-hundred and two point three-seven miles, Sir", I said.

If looks could kill...
