It's 4.1 Mb, same as file size in the Market.
THANK YOU! It works!
I'll try it.

Thank you very much again, SCION.

Any one able to install this on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9? The last 2-3 lines of every page is hidden by the android menu in the non-sony tablet version. I assume the one for their tablet works. I tried chatting with Sony's Android tech support about this and this what they told me :

okay, so how do we fix it? is sony going to release an update?
2:46 PM Tedis - (C7SJ):
we don't have any information if Sony is working on any update for all different Brands for tablet, Sony works just for their own product only and if Sony decides to release an update they will let you know that.

If you read though the review comments in the Android Market, you'll find it's a common problem. It's one of the many bugs. It's been like this since January. No updates at all. Sad. I don't recall seeing an app from a major player that's still version 1.0 ten months later. It took Sony a long time to have a Reader app, and when it finally comes to market, it's garbage.

I actually did read through the comments AFTER I downloaded it from the market. Sony needs to inform the Android Market to block the download for this on devices it won't work on. They do it for their Tablet Reader app, so it's not impossible. But seriously, this is not a hard problem for developers to fix.

I think Reader app for Sony Tablet is much better than for android!

Because I have a Reader Daily Edition and an android phone too,
this feature sounds very attractive:
"Sync your reading position, bookmarks, and highlights to Reader for Android or Reader Daily Edition"
http://ebookstore.sony.com/androidtablet/

But I could install Reader app for Japanese only from market.
(Japanese ver doesn't this feature)

Does anyone try sync feature?
Can you sync reading position of books not from ReaderStore?

Thank you.
Downloaded the Reader App today. Glad to see there is another Sony S Tablet user here. I haven't figured out how to change the font size yet.

When reading a book, tap the middle of the page and hit the small chest icon that will appear on a menu bar at the bottom, the option will be there!

Cool, thanks. For some reason it didn't save my place from the last time I read. Were you able to play the Crash Bandicoot game?

This is an awesome tablet!
