Download an entire blog with a Calibre recipe

I want to read this blog entirely on my KDXG. I would like to do that in periodical format, because the easy way it has to navigate among articles.

I don't know if it's possible to create sections in the .mobi file, based on some tags of the blog (like Poesía, Artículos , Traducciones, Entrevistas) but I would like to have them.

I don't know anything clear about recipes. I would appreciate a clear explanation about how I can do this, some examples.

I willing to do the job on my own, but I need your help:

P.S. The blog does have a RSS, but it only has a dozen of entries and the blog actually has more than one hundred (I guess).

Read the sticky here: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=121439
There are links in there to tutorials on writing your own recipes and various tips and tricks. Then ask here.

Thanks. I have read all of that and tried to build a recipe, but it failed completely or partially. I only tried the Basic Mode. First, I tried to download the latest articles from this feed URL http://www.revistapingpong.org/feeds/posts/default, but it didn't work at all. Then, I tried to download some article from the direct URL of each one (for example: http://www.revistapingpong.org/2011/...reales-la.html) and organize them in section using different feed titles and then adding two or three URL of single article to each one, but this recipe only download HTML code and the sections and articles index didn't appear either.

I would like to have some short examples that I can replicate on my own easily.

I've never been satisfied with any recipe made with the basic mode. It's great in theory, but in practice, most recipes need some tweaking in the advanced mode.

Have you followed the links in "all of that" to the various tutorials and examples?

Yes. But I really don't know where to start from.

If you can post specific questions, someone will usually be able to answer them.

I just want an example on what to start from. I don't want anybody to do what I need to. But thanks for the help.

I'd suggest looking at one of the builtin blog recipes. Offhand, there's Slashdot and the Calibre Blog (posted in a recent post here). I know there are others.

This is a pretty good tool I found for many blogs: http://www.bloxp.com/

It has a limit of 250 items and has to be a using one of the more well known blog platforms like Wordpress.
