I kind of agree with him. It does make your life very complicated, searching for those products, and maybe it keeps you from discovering another new taste...Just my 2 cts.
We have just been powerless for 6 hours...and still no landline and no broadband. This is why I don't like the start of the raining season. But on the positive side, for lack of entertainment, we went through our stuff in the garage and could throw out 5 huge garbage bags, stuff we will not have to carry in thr new house. Yay! |

![]() I wish you success and joy in whatever path you choose. ![]() ![]() I spent a couple of hours in the garden reading book. I guess it was the last warm day of the year 2011, until the (last) spring 2012. Sunny +18°C. While whiling my time in the garden I consumed a few cups of green tea. 2 infusions of Liu An Gua Pian, Chinese green tea. Good tea. However, although it is more expensive than Mao Feng (Yellow Mountain Fur Peak), it is less likeable than the latter. Finished a cup of Sencha Uji. As I have remembered there is no grassy flavour. Although, I cannot say I liked it as much as before, somewhat lacking on flavour. I steeped it off the top of my head. 1 heaped tea spoon, 1min, 80°C. When I looked into my notes I realised that I had to put 2tsps. So, it was probably user error, not Sencha's flaw. P.S. can I say While whiling my time? It is difficult to concentrate when Katy tells me quite loudly a story of how she kissed a girl ![]() |

Earl Grey vanilla tea in my cup.
It's a beautiful, sunny day here, too. I've got to work on some research today, but I will get in some pleasure reading as well ![]() I will also take a walk to the store later to see what sort of cases they have on sale for my new iPhone 4s when it finally arrives this week ![]() I will have to revoke my membership to the non-smartphone club. I've really had need of internet access on the go quite a few times this year, and I'm really excited to get my new device. I will be making good use of Skype and Pages, to be able to read my documents on the go. I will keep my Nokia as a back-up phone.... I feel like a bit of a traitor. Sorry Nokia, you've served me well for many, many years. I'll look into getting another Nokia phone when the windows phones are released. Also, I'm trying to teach myself Old Irish. Any suggestions for books and learning materials? |

I don't like coffee. The closest I get is dessert coffees, and I can say I honestly drink them more for the sugar than the coffee.
I also don't like beer...Any of them. My husband loves finding new beers, including flavored beers. He got all excited when he found a chocolate beer for me to try...it tasted like beer. As for my current beverage..I'm drinking Lipton Green Tea Citrus. |

![]() Out where a friend is a friend Where the longhorn cattle feed On the lowly gypsum weed Back in the saddle again Ridin' the range once more Totin' my old 44 Where you sleep out every night And the only law is right Back in the saddle again Whoopi-ty-aye-oh Rockin' to and fro Back in the saddle again Whoopi-ty-aye-yay I go my own way Back in the saddle again ![]() ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuX28N2ckk0 ) Good morning, everyone! No more doctors ( I won't miss 'em!) no more hospital food ( I won't miss that either,) and unfortunately, no more young student nurses who all want to meet the 'foreigner' patient. (It was a teaching hospital and there were dozens of them! During the day I couldn't get any reading done because of all the giggling young nurses coming into my room to 'practice Engrish!') It's nice to have my own tea again though. So this morning I'm starting off with some East India Company's "Assam" tea, and a plate of Engrish Muffins. Somehow, Japanese English muffins just don't taste the same... The tea sure tastes great, though! Think I'll have another cup and catch up with all the past posts before I go for a ride! Stitchawl |
