One can, of course, buy any ebooks one likes. I have no authority over anyone in this thread.

My advice is that if you have an ebook on a wishlist and there's a good special offer involving that ebook, then it's reasonable to buy it, as there's no knowing when the special offer will be repeated.

However, if you spot a book in a special offer and then put it on your wishlist, it's not reasonable to buy it. If you were really keen to buy it, it would have already been on your wish list when the special offer came along.

Actually, one book was already on my wishlist, but I planned to wait for the price to drop from the standard 25 dollar price. Which it did. And the other one I didn't even know was available as e-book. I will probably buy them next week or something. The English books will have to wait, though.

Well, I fell off the wagon I wasn't even on in the last 24 hours.

Yesterday I bought my first Kindle Daily Deal, costing me $1.99 out of pocket.

Today, I went a bit nuts.

I bought the last 5 books I need to bring myself up to date with everything put out on Kindle by my favorite Indie author. These cost me $17.87 total.

I pre-ordered 11/22/63 enhanced, which is going to be $18.99.

The only saving grace is all of today's purchases came out of a $100.00 Amazon GC that I earned at work for doing training classes.

Now it's time for a lot of this:

Not sure if this counts as falling off the wagon, but I spent $168.00 (with approx. $150 of it being for actual books) while volunteering at the school book fair all week. I only bought one, out of the 3 I wanted, for myself.
