Surfing on the T1, oh joy.

As clunky as it is, it's not that bad if you approach it right.
Reminds me of my old Palm Pilot but better.
Not the best but lots of crucial info made legible.

My first day with the reader, what I miss is the tether point on my 300. Whenever I sat for a long read I would slip on the neck strap. It saved me a few times when I fell asleep reading.

I also noticed that scrolling web pages works much better when you use the prev/next hard buttons instead of dragging your finger to scroll. The prev/next buttons act as page up/page down and help to minimize the amount of time the screen spends in refresh.

Just thought I'd share this tip.

Even without the web surfing, being able to read HTML pages must be useful and saves having to convert to EPUB or text. I often have to read downloaded articles etc and the conversion isn't always good.
