I had a pot of Rooibos Wild Berries and Thyme this morning. It was wonderful. A perfect cup of morning tea. It is a new one from Tea Gschwender. I would highly recommend it to any of the Rooibos fans out there.

I am working on my first pot of Milk Oolong. Another sublimely delicious tea.

Some time ago I went through a number of high quality black teas that I got from one of the two renowned local tea pushers.

Eventually, I decided that I prefer to drink Keemun (i do not use sugar, milk or lemon). During my systematic essays I found that Assam was actually calling for milk and maybe sugar also. I also found out that the more they cost the more you get out of them. In terms of enjoyment.

Ace. Do the right thing for a classy gal like you. Go to the most exclusive dry-goods store in your area, and ask them for their best tea for the morning to be drunk with some milk in it. Buy 50 grams. Try it and report.

What about German ray bread? Ray bread is very good for your health and German one is the best of the best
Nope, I never had white bread, but we had butterbrot every evening with pumpernickel, katenbrot, vollkornsonnenblumenkern or vierkorn. And all my french girlfriends who were expats in Germany will confirm this: eat the same amount of baguette (white bread of the "worst" sort) or any of the typical german bread, and with the german bread you will put on weight. Healthy but calories bomb....!!!

Nice to have you here. Don't let consistency stop you posting here. Think of the shock value of eventually having an orange juice instead!

Diet Dr Pepper to wake up with. I love my bread machine. And yes, I have bakery breads to compare it with, our store bakery is out of this world. But my bread machine stands up to their products. I get excellent crusts and crumb from my bread machine loaves. I even get great results from the 9-grain mix I've tried. And there's nothing like the smell of fresh bread...yumm. Now I'm hungry...

I am quite careful because I can put on weight really easily, and am then unhappy with myself. I am not neurotic about it, but I want to feel good, and stay healthy, this means knowing what is good for me and what is not, plus daily exercise for my body but much more for my spirit and energy level.
And of course, I live in an area where good looks are everywhere so you kind of want to keep up, or at least look decent.....

The vending machine at my dad's work had run out of Dr. Pepper.

Now I know where all my money has run off to...

Afternoon green tea time -- Dragon Well (Lung Jing). This from Niftea, and an inexpensive grade, but quite acceptable while I'm working. And still good for a couple of steeps.

One of the reasons I switched to tea in grad school was because all the soft drinks combined with diminished exercise were causing me to pack on pounds and spend far too much money. The tea got me the caffeine I wanted without the calories and all the artificial crap that will eventually hurt my body.

I do enjoy soda, I had a Dr Pepper with lunch the past few days, but I try and drink it in moderation. Studies show that even the diet stuff is correlated with weight gain (I said correlated not causes).
