how can i remove a firmware update??

ive updated my kobo touch to version 1.9.12 but its acting strangely ever since..like i read a few pages and the page suddenly gets bookmarked and the home screen appears automatically...i think its because of this update..so can anyone tel me how to remove this update??

Go back to the factory defaults. Its somewhere in the settings.

Do you have a micro sd card inserted?

A number of us have encountered that problem with a micro sd card in the slot (mine appeared in 1.9.11 and continued with 1.9.12). The developers are working on a fix in the beta group but a temporary fix is to go back to the firmware version which worked or to simply take out the microsd card (which worked for me).

what i did is i removed the sd card and did a factory reset and then inserted the card again..so all my data is safe and now i updated it again to 1.9.12 and its working without problems so..thanks guyzz!
