Hi I am here to find Sharper Image Literati eReader help. I would like to know how to get the Instruction Manual. Also I have a USB Device Not Recognized bubble alert when I plug in the USB connector. I am computer literate but brand new to Windows 7. I had a Code 43 but ran some stuff from Microsoft and now just get the bubble. Can anyone help me? Thank you
