I loved that story on SNL. My daughter really wants an ipad for XMass, and even though this does everything she wants, I will have to spend the extra $$. I, however, am happy with an Android phone, my Samsung Galaxy Tab, and will love my Fire.

Before I had kids, that would have been my experience. But you pick your battles. Last night, she cried because I wouldn't buy her an outfit from Nordstrom for "Immigrant Day." Made her Dad take her to Goodwill. If this had happened when I was a kid, I would have been knocked across the room.
