Who says we don't have hearts? Chicken hearts are one of my favorite parts of the chicken. When properly prepared they are so tender and tasty, it may be the best part of the chicken.

Wrong oil. I am not a turkey so turkey oil would be inappropriate (and too high a boiling point liquid for truly luxuriating bathing).
