Alarms not working when hibernating

Hi, I'm a recent PE user and I'm facing this issue: I'm using my pocket edge as a PDA and most of the time it's in hibernation state. I need it to be awakened by my reminders, as for my Palm, but actually it doesn't happen.
This is a big issue for me. Can anybody help?

Unfortunately the device seems to basically be "off" when it is in hibernation. I had a TiBu Backup scheduled to run and it didn't run as scheduled at 2am, it did not run until I turned it back on at 11:30 am.
