How to delete library books from CN using Calibre

I have a CN and I have downloaded library books to my CN using Calibre. After I've read the book I want to delete it off my Nook. Not off my Calibre library. How do I do that?

Connect the device, go to device view (see the main toolbar), select the book, delete the book.

Connect the device, select the book in the calibre library view, delete the book, choose from device only.
