Hello, This is my first time ever posting in a forum. I have just ordered a Sony 505. Is it possible to convert a book I bought from ereader.com to work on the Sony? Will libprs500 work?

Hi E-Maxx and welcome to the Forum. I've got a Sony 505 and like it a lot. Be sure and let us know how you like your's.

I can't answer your question but there are plenty of member who will provide friendly advice.

Welcome to the forum and I hope you are enjoying your 505.

To answer your question, you cannot convert your eReader eBook to work with your 505. Your best best other then Sony DRM laden eBooks is to get MS Reader, activate it, purchase MS Reader format, remove the DRM with ConvertLIT, and convert to LRF using lit2lrf (part of calibre).
