One of the findings:

Chart: Which channel produces the largest percentage of your eBook sales?

I was surprised to see that Kobo was at 3% of Trade and Barnes and Nobel at 1%. Not even a blip from Sony.

I wonder how Apple managed to make the list twice? Audiobooks from iTunes, maybe?

I'm not surprised at all. The question is which channel produces the most sales for the publisher. Since Amazon probably outsells B&N by around 2 to 1, hardly any publishers are going to get more sales from B&N than Amazon, aside from a few small publishers that are statistical oddities or chose not to publish through Amazon for some reason.
