Which countries are in the 'Asia Pacific' time zone? There are 11 time zones for Asia, and three different ones touch the Pacific.

Off to the torture chamber aka the gym, for my thrice weekly session. I hate it but have to go to stop my mild osteoporosis getting worse. Can't understand how some people actually enjoy it, only the coffee and chat afterwards keep me going.

You don't want to know :-) ... most of them.... Malaysia, Singapore, China ... that's why is so difficult and hard, 'cause we have DBAs all over the world. Except Japan I think. We have branches there, but my team does not have DBAs in Japan.

Yes, Malaysia ( and East Malaysia but not the rest of Kalimantan! ) S'pore, and China do share a time zone (which is really bizarre since China spreads west over four other time zones but doesn't conform to them,) though Thailand and Indonesia share their time with the rest of Kalimantan! It makes making phone calls from Japan an interesting exercise!

Aren't Singapore and China on Perth time? Which is funny because I always think of Singapore as being East of us. Going to look at map now to straighten this out in my head.

trying to go back to bed. I've been working without a break for the past month (it is paying off though!), and I am trying to re-set myself. I came home early today (4:30 w0wsers!) and wandered off to bed about 7. nuthin' doin' I was up at 8:30. so I am having a glass of chardonnay, trying to wind back down. one of the horses is kicking the crap out of an old cast iron tub out in the paddock. *sigh* is it worth it to put on boots, grab a buggy whip and go make a fuss, or should I just pour another glass and fire up the kindle?

what to do, what to do....???

nope, not through a cast iron tub. the Mare does this occasionally as a little "feed me MORE" temper tantrum. I fed way early, at about 5:30 so she is just being fussy. I think they may have just finished licking up the final crumbs and that was what was going on

I tried that but it doesn't seem to work. I figured if the tape comes off I'll get some thick fabric and make a tube out of it I can slide over the buckle.

Thank you for the tip. I'm on their website (http://www.eaglecreek.com) but can only find money belts. But it's a good idea to check travel stores. I've been able to find belts with a wooden or leather buckle but those are always decorative belt and too wide to fit through belt loops.

I just checked the status of my Oberon cover and it's finally through customs! Hopefully it'll arrive some time this week.

I was at a camping store today and was looking at their belts. Yes, the Eagle Creek belt IS a money belt. I just don't usually use mine for that purpose. The shop did have 5-6 different design belts, all with plastic 'cam' buckles, which means no holes need and infinitely adjustable. There were even two of them that were elastic. Check with a large camping shop in your area.

Take a look at 'MontBell' company. They sell these.

I checked websites of several outdoor sport stores and there seem to be several brands making belts with plastic buckles. I'll go by one soon to see what they have or can order.
