				I need a kindle 3 cover

Is there anyway I can make my own kindle cover? Because $35 for a kindle cover + shipping to Australia is quite a lot. I've heard of people using dvd covers for their kobo and I was wondering if I could do something similar for the kindle?

Do you sew or know someone who sews? There are patterns for Kindle covers, if you are interested let me know and I'll send some to you.

I brought one from ebay. They are around A$6 to $10 each "Buy it Now" or it can be cheaper if you win it during an auction. Free postage and took about 10 days to get to Australia. Just make sure you check Seller Feedback and ensure that its positive feedback is over 99%

Yes, what 1Bookworm said. I bought one from Ebay for about $10 and have been very happy with it. Came from Hong Kong, from memory.

I bought this (http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCTOVO-Noteb...6089273&sr=8-2) for a bargain price (IMO) and use it "upside down" so the cover opens to the top (inside held in place with double sides sticky tape, no problem)...

Best system to hold the Kindle in place (apart from Amazon's maybe), no ugly elastic straps, light and sturdy and well, 12 pounds was really cheap as well (plus got a discount on their reading light I bought which is highly recommendable as well)... |

Just brought another one from Ebay (seller in HK) but I'm not feeling confident or getting good vibes that I will get this one as I got it really cheap (less than $5). I paid using Paypal so suggest you do the same so you can get your money back if you don't get the product.

I can send you a PM of the seller's name for the first cover I brought - also from HK - but have brought several things from them and have always received them. This seller has auctions and Buy it Now. Postage is around $2.50. Last edited by 1Bookworm; 09-17-2011 at 08:16 PM. |
