Settings for PRS505

Can anyone provide some basic settings to crop and make a LRF with this utiity for the Sony Reader 505? I just want to put in a PDF, adjust the trim numbers and have it appear in landscape mode. I don't know about spliting pages, join or any of that. Just give me a list of the optimized settings for landscape 505. THanks.

but you didn't type anything in. I think the previoius person wanted to know how do you make the font larger. I would like to know as well. The one thing it seems the kindle has over the sony reader is it has more maginifcation options. Sadly I had the pleasure of playing with a friends kindle. Now I want to make the font larger from pdf's heh.

You cannot make large fonts from pdf file created via pdflrf. In a sence the end file lrf is a collection of pictures.
Kindle cannot do it as well. you can magnify only text in re-flowable format such as txt, rtf, doc, lrf. PDF doesn't belong to this category.

So I may have to just send the book to a .txt format and play with it. I get migraines fairly easily. If i stare at the text took long I have to put the book down I really hate the .txt format because its ugly. Is there a way to crop it even more?

If you can get hold of Adobe Pro either v7 or v8, then you could save your pdf files as HTML....it is not perfect but it is the best that we have today. You can covert HTML into LRF easily. It will be much better than txt anyway, because it will keep most of formating such as italics and bold...
