tranfering problems

i love calibre but have run into some problems with my new kobo wifi. i tried to transfer several books, all changed from pdf to epub. all but four went through. no matter what i try i they dont show up on my ereader even thought calibre says they have been transfered. i can sent them with ade but the font is so small it is hard to read. any help would be appreciated. thanks

How did you transfer them? What format were the books in?

their original format was pdf, however, i used calibre to switch them to epub. to transfer them i just highlight the title and click on the send to device icon. this is of course after connecting my kobo to my laptop. when the transfer is complete each title shows the green checkmark, but when i check my ereader not all the books are there.

Look at Preferences:
1)Send to Device: (specifically the Template, which controls the path)
or
2)Plugins: the Kobo Driver (for your model): Again, the Template

It could be set wrongly.

Also
Send to Device (on the Toolbar) has an arrow where you can preset What storage to use on most devices (with choices).
