PRS-650 charging issues

Its about 3 months old, have had no issues until 2 weeks ago. I am having to re charge on a daily basis even without using the thing. Also the options button and the home button just throw it into sleep mode, the only way to access the main menus is to force s shut down.
Any ideas?

Could be a glitch in the OS, or a bad ebook file.

Try a soft reset first. If that doesn't work, do a Factory Reset, which will remove all of your ebooks, and return all settings to their defaults. You'll find details here.

I have had the same problems with my PRS-650 and some other issues as well, sent it to Repair Service, got it back 20 minutes ago with replaced battery and mainboard. Try first hard reset though.
I am going to test my prs-650 for a few days. I hope the device will finally function properly

Thanks, tried a hard reset but still had issues, so its on its way to sunny Wales (Torchwood reference here, you only pay a toll to enter Wales, its free to leave!!!
