PRS+ installation error

I am trying to install PRS+ on a PRS-950 reader (fully charged, <50% of space used). I am using the installer file PRSP_950_2.0.12beta_setup.exe. It extracts and starts without problems, and correctly recognises the device and its current firmware version.

However, once the actual firmware installation is initiated, the installer gives the following message: "Copying files, this might take a few minutes... Error"

Please help

Hi mapex,

posting in PRS+ support thread would give you faster answers from the right persons.

Ensure that you have at least 100mb of space in internal memory.
