I cannot believe I missed Beowulf!!!

The coolness you miss when you're not constantly at this forum I guess. Stupid sickness.

A little story, because I'm very new here, my username is norse, but even before I knew as much as I do know about that culture I was in love with the Beowulf story. I've seen lots of versions of the story done as plays or movies.

And then I found out I am part scandanavian of some sort on my mother's side. (My mother's mother was adopted, so we didn't know.)

Anyway, back to audiobooks. . . .

There are audiobook versions at librivox. I haven't listened to them, so I don't know how well done they are.
