Thankfully the coffee is still brewing or it would be all over the monitor.

^ Um, as some of the folks here know from me, coffee gets on my monitor anyways - too much laughing and spitting up of liquids.

Spewing a mouthful of iced-tea is safer than a mouthful of coffee. At least the blowback doesn't burn my face.

You people are all just addicts. I could quit any time I wanted to. Sure I could! It would be easy. In fact it wouldn't be any more of a challenge to me that flapping my arms and flying to the moon.

No wait!

Significant idea. Thinking about it -- For me, MR Forum has a lot of interesting and worthwhile social interaction. For people like me who are frequently socially isolate, it meets a social need (in addition to the other things it does for me). Just like a neighborhood bar. And meeting that social need feeds into the addiction.

nynees, you'd do better to ask in a more specific MR Forum. At top of window to the right of the "Home" link is "Forums". Click that and look for section on Mobile Devices. You'll find people knowledgable about Apple stuff in Apple Devices, or on Kindle stuff in Amazon Kindle. I'm not sure what you're asking and not an expert with iTunes.

Wow, that was fast. (nynees' post was moved to Apple Devices)

I am at step 1.

Step 1 - We admitted we were powerless over our addiction - that our lives had become unmanageable
