Some of those are really good! I liek the school supplies one, and I would like the camera one, except my husband and I just bought a new camera so I guess we don't need that. The 20% on laptops isn't bad either though neither of us need one.

i got The Hangman's Daughter which is a German book, set not too far from the part of Germany I'm going to visit next month.

For your sake, I hope it's been re-written from the edition I read (and paid way too much for). Even at $1, I'd consider it overpriced.

Find the book you want and talk to kindle support - they'll probably give you the book for a $1 (either post-sale adjustment or add the promotion amount first).

Ok, I fired off an email on the subject. I didn't ask about authors getting laid, though.

Ok, Amazon is like, the coolest company ever. I received a reply, and was told a credit had been applied so that I could purchase the book I mentioned in the email. I went and one-clicked it, and my order total was 0.00. My gift balance remains unused. How great is that!!!
